Round 2 Selection Stage
Applicants whose applications pass the first round of screening will be invited to the next stage of application review, which will be held in a form of a video call for applicants to present their innovation’s prototype/idea to the panelists whom will consist of relevant experts and committee members.
In this round, panelists may ask, for example, follow-up questions; request additional documentation on specific matters; speak with team members registered on the proposal; and discuss the local context and/or technical expertise on the innovation. This round may take approximately 2 weeks, for panelists to arrive to a conclusion with the committee or UNICEF’s decision to accept the applicant for the incubation program.
